Loan Term:   1- to 5-year maturities; 10-year possible
 
Amortization:   Either interest-only or amortization reserve
 
Maximum Loan-To-Value:   To 90%, depending upon overall debt structure
 
Collateral:   Stock ownership in Borrowing Entity
 
Reserves:   Structural (all property types); tenant improvements/leasing commissions (office, retail, and industrial)
