Thayer Terrace is a 74 unit apartment complex located near downtown
Silver Spring, Maryland. The project is located on 2+ acres and consists
of one four-story building which was built in 1961.
Suburban provided a first mortgage loan to the borrower for the acquisition
of the property. The loan was a fixed-rate mortgage having a 10-year
maturity with a 30-year amortization, and was priced at a fixed interest
rate spread over the 10-Year U.S. Treasury Bond Index.
Suburban also originated the acquisition, representing the borrower
in the purchase of Thayer Terrace.
